I wish you were looking for one, like, 4 months ago :lol I could've helped you out then.

I wish I had known you were selling one back then. I've got the Art Figures Punisher coming and Mark IV should be following that shortly, so I'm probably going to have to recover a little bit anyway before I really go after a Wolverine.

Looking at this thread for the first time and I can't believe Wolverine is going for 400...I paid 180 just after it came out and was wondering if I had made a mistake...I guess not

need a 1/6 hulk from hot toys to go with my wolverine
Adolfo's picture looks great!
I also wish hot toys gave us a screaming head sculpt for him

Though this is the best Wolvie figure out there, it doesn't do too much for me honestly. If a superior Hot Toys version were made, I wouldn't hesitate to get rid of this guy.

I can agree with this, that's why I call mine Logan as well. If HT's ever gets around to creating figures from the comics (like they mentioned a year + ago) then I would take that version over this.

A Jim Lee stylized blue and yellow suit FTW! In the meantime, he stays put in the collection and looks great with the other Marvel movie figures.

I also wish they would have given us an additional portrait of him angry or snarling. Would have looked great!

That pic with the Hulk is excellent! Really hope HT's get us a 1/6 Hulk...can't even imagine how cool that would look!

I just purchased one for $400 on ebay still sealed. It is the first Hot Toys I have ever bought. It looks like an incredible figure. I hesitated, but went ahead and pulled the trigger.

I next want to buy an IM Mark IV and hope to get Cap America and Thor when they are released. I also would like an IM Mark I, but I can't pay the $600+ those are going for. I guess I discovered Hot Toys too late as some of these 1/6 are waaaay to high on the secondary market.

Congrats on the Wolverine, you'll love it!

If you want the MkIV Iron Man you should go buy it right now at a place like viking playground as they still have them in stock at the original price.

Thanks Nick. I will check out Viking Playground now.

Wolverine is a great figure with the outfit I prefer. Would have hated some silly movie or comic costume on him.

Still, no way would I pay $400 for him or any 1/6 figure.

Evilface,
I agree with your thought process. This was a hard purchase and a one time deal. The great early Predators and early Iron Men I have decided I just missed out on. Wolverine is one of my favorite Marvel heros, behind Capt America. I look forward to the upcoming releases I have read about. Thor looks awesome and I can't wait to see what Capt America looks like....

Congrats, qbomb71

Congratulations on your first Hot Toys figure, bro! I'm sure Wolverine is well worth the money. :clap I actually share your sentiments. I would purchase now before it goes way overboard in the US$500-600 range.. As for me, I'm still recuperating from my recent purchases, and once I'm ready I will also have to settle for a Wolverine at this price. :D

yeah but I have issues with CSC and prefer not to order from them...

I;ve gotten four figures from four different vendors the last three weeks. T-1000 from Supernaturalart.com, one from gohastings.com, T1 T-800 from Alter Ego, and Iron Man mark IV from CSC. CSC was packaged the best of the 4. Then alter ego. Then supernaturalart.com and then gohastings.

All 4 of the figures are fine but the HT box from CSC looks like it just came off the printing press. I have the Mark V on preorder from them just because they did such a great job with the Mark IV packaging.

oh and I can't believe Wolvie/Logan/Jimmy is going for $350+ now....I wasn't that thrilled when I first ordered him but when I got him out of the box and displayed him he looks great. He's one of my favorites on the shelf.
