Pretty much every HT release since I've been following in the last 1-2 years has been in stock at Sideshow pretty much right up until release. They're not turning any money away.

It's at least 18 months away and these don't sell out untill it starts shipping or (or many months after that). I'm not planning on ordering until the fall or next year. no real rush on these unless it's an exclusive.

Here's the thing...
Its like they sculped RDJ mixed with that Iron Chef guy. Especially the eyes. They probably went like,

One guy : "Hey, is Iron Man and Iron Chef the same person?"
Second guy : "Who knows, let's just mix them up!!"

And this is what we got.

That could be it. Anyway here's a quick comparison I drummed up. All RDJ photos are from the Endgame Special Look trailer. I also cropped out the HT hair sculpt to take that out of the equation:

Ordered. For the equivalent of $480US from within NZ. Considering the site has free shipping, and I'll save Customs fees (usually the equivalent of $100-120 US), I think that's a pretty good deal. Especially as they currently have the Mark VII listed for the equivalent of US$570.. Here's hoping they honour their lowest price, seeing as they did raise the Infinity price before selling out their pre-orders.
