Did Magneto put adamantium back onto Wolverine's claws in the future? I thought he only had the bone claws after The Wolverine.

It's not confirmed on-screen but it's likely since they're alies and implied in the past on the plans when Magneto says "imagine if they were metal" referring to the claws

TW is set in the present, DOFP is set in the near future so anything could've happened in the gap, Magneto or Prof X or even both may have been responsible for repairing Logan's claws.
