This looks like 3Z cut their costs, knowing the movie did poorly. They took what tooling they had made and tried to recoup the costs of it all by making this on a budget and banking people would be too lazy to return.

That's stupid of them, they should have charged a little extra & made a quality figure that can stand next to a Hot Toys Figure. People paying $240 US would have paid the extra coin to get a quality Figure. Now they're going to make a bad name for themselves..

I don't think ThreeZero should've snapped up all of these licences - some of which are just mediocre, IMO - without having all of the relevant infrastructure in place to handle production.

^I agree, but it's still kinda weird that the figure doesn't appear to have met expectations, especially since ThreeZero is known for excelling at robotic figures.

It's a rush job, half-hearted, half-assed effort. ThreeZero didn't want to sink any more money into this project.

Yeah, it probably does all just boil down to that. It's just such a ***** move by 30, though. I never preordered this, but a lot of people have been waiting for over a year for this POS. I was thinking about buying this and giving 30 a shot, but after seeing how inconsistent their products are, I'll gladly pass.

I see BBTS has already discounted it from $230 to $215. And it isn't even readily available yet. I wouldn't buy it for $125. I just hope ThreeZero doesn't screw up RoboCain.

Wow, the figure must REALLY be bad for BBTS to do that. I have a feeling that probably won't even be the final price cut either...

It's just so weird how they can make a super complex figure, like bumble bee, and have that turn out great. And then they make robocop, who's relatively simple compared to bumble bee, and have it turn out so piss poor.

I'm not a big RC2 fan, so robocain will also likely be a pass for me. But hopefully for you and everyone else interested, 30 won't screw you guys over.

Thanks, Sai, I hope ThreeZero doesn't screw us over either.

The Bumblebee and Titanfall figures are simply gorgeous...they're ThreeZero at its best. I just have a feeling that the company gradually lost interest in/passion for the project. It became too much of a labor instead of a labor of love.

My Robocop 1.0 just shipped. I'm hoping it's not as bad as the pictures are....... if it is I will email Threezero and ask for my money back because lining and paint job is very different than what they showed on their prototype.
It also worries me because I spent a lot of money with 3A and Threezero this year. I still have all 4 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Optimus Primes pre-ordered and paid in full......................
And I thought Enterbay was bad.

BBTS has had it up at $215 for months, wholesale discount I presume.

I don't normally comment and I was close in ordering it last year. Glad I didn't it looks rubbish compared to the teasers pictures. It looks cheap, the helmet looks all wrong and it I can see the nose

Holy *****...
I just got mine. It looks *amazing*.
Pics have not done it justice, but the face is painted *very* well, with a near-HT level of paint job. It's totally monsterous in size, showing that HT are making 12" scale figures still, not true 1/6. This figure is so imposing and has a good range of motion, with really tight joints.
If i get a minute, i will take pics. Stay tuned Robo-fans!
