Maybe I could figure out a way around that...perhaps if I recast the head and sculpted the jaw closed then had the heads be swap-outable? How hard are the heads stuck on anyway?

As for casting the head of the McF alien, I suppose it could work dp, dunk the head and neck into hot water and it should come off easily.
