Prime Directives is one of the worst things in my opinion. It is even worse than the TV series which is almost just as terrible. Seriously Robocop 1 and 2 is the only worthy 2 movie. After that it is better just forget everything. But it is good for laughs at least. Piss poor attempt.

Yeah, hard to watch to be honest.

I don't blame any of them for trying but for whatever reason classic design Robocop just did not work beyond the first film.

I don't agree on the story but understand how low quality can impact viewer's perception.



To be fair, Verhoeven threw the script of RoboCop into trash can at first.
He took a cheesy childish script that had potential and made an entertaining mature satirical film.
In that regard PD works well for the most part, it's just not as enjoyable.

Well Imo in RoboCop 2 it looks just as good if not better. But of course it is because Weller also.
