Let's see...I LOVE film scores...

The Fellowship of the Rings (2001)
The Two Towers (2002)
The Return of the King (2003)
The Lady in the Water
Edward Scissorhands
Unbreakable
Batman Begins
Dracula
Interview with the Vampire
The Dark Crystal
The Neverending Story
Everything is Illuminated
Little Miss Sunshine
The Truman Show
The Passion of Christ
V for Vendetta
Whale Rider
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
The Hours
Titanic (I hated the film but the score is really good)
Donnie Darko

Ok, I'll stop now. But I could list even more!

A lot of Transformers love in here, I've yet to watch the movie, but can't imagine what the score would be like. Anyone care to elaborate on it?

The Autobots theme, and especially the track titled Optimus are quite moving actually, for a film like Transformers. The non-action scenes with the autobots features a soft, melodic theme, really enjoyable. Not so much in sound, but in feeling, it's similar to music like the string parts of Corynorhinus on the Batman Begins score.

scorponok is one i find very powerful..makes me wanna go out and kick some a$$..haha but i dont think theirs a bad track on the album

Oh and Wall-E's is good two from what ive heard of it anyway...i bet most of you are laughing right now..haha

POTC AT Worlds End "drink up my hearties" from 1:00 to the end..is jaw droping especially when it slows towards the end!!

I love film scores! Some of my personal favorites:
LOTR (all 3 of them)
Gladiator
Somewhere In Time
:rock

Braveheart
Shawshank Redemption
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon
In the Name of the Father
Road to Perdition
King Kong
Green Mile
Dances With Wolves

Some times it's not the whole score but certain parts that just make the scene so much better and leave u with that feeling where u just want more.:D

I have put together a few cd's of my fav songs from the scores that i like the best just to play when i want to chill out and relax.

Unbreakable may be the all-time favorite for me. Hard to say when throwing such scores as TDK, Jurassic Park, LotR, Jaws, Road to Perdition, & PotC into the mix. Not to say that any one is better than the other, but some are simply more emotional and iconic personally. Favorite composers would have to be Hans Zimmer, James Newton Howard, Howard Shore, Thomas Newman, and John Williams. Though Harry Gregson-Williams, Jerry Goldsmith, Alan Silvestri, and Tyler Bates are magnificent too!

I like the "Arrival to Earth" track, but I've always liked the "Decepticons" track the best. Very shark-like in its crescendo. Subtle and menacing at a persistent pace, gradually building to a massive, grand tone. It was incorporated so very well.

I'm glad to see so many score fans in here, and someone else who enjoys the score of "The Professional", Hicks. :rock

i'll have to post my list of scores that I have when i am home.

love danny elfman, hans zimmer, john williams, among others.

right now i am just hooked on the dark knight score though...

Anything John Williams (surprise)
Speed Racer (yes I loved the movie and the soundtrack is stellar)
Beowulf
Mass Effect soundtrack
Danny Elfman (pre POTA) and I was shocked he did HBII
Conan the Barbarian
Starship Troopers
Robocop
Those are just to name a few but I am really digging Michael Giacchino's (sp?) work on Alias, L O S T , the Pixar flicks, and of course his awesome Cloverfield track.

cant believe I forgot this one....

Bravo, Beowulf has a massively underrated score. It's spectacular! I have bits and pieces from Conan the Barbarian and Starship Troopers. Conan in particular really stands out with "Riders of Doom" and "Doom and Destiny".

Everything Silvestri does is gold.
