The lightness doesn't bother me. The figure looks great. It would've been nice if there was more articulation. Specifically ankles, toes, and a swivel joint below the leg extensions for more posing options.

This guy is great!

I just realized too that the legs do swivel at the "knee" joints where the leg extensions meet the upper part of the leg. Just adds to the awesomeness of the figure.

Love it! I had it sitting next to me while I watched all the special features on the new Robocop Blu-ray that came out today. :D

in this picture is looks like Robocop is targteting the picture of Arnold on the spine of the Kindergarten Cop DVD.

Ed-209 looks fantastic.

How is the PQ on the new Robocop blu-ray? the PQ on all the other Robocop BRs were meh.

Ok, here's my mini review, since I just got the chance to get this guy out of the box. To me, it comes down to this: yet another great figure by NECA destroyed by poor quality control. Mine has its right leg longer than the left by about half an inch (yes, the legs are both slid down to the lowest position, I'm not dumb lol). This makes even the static pose look doofy. I have to mix and match both leg heights to get it to stand decent. The dome piece has a bunch of small but noticeable nicks/scratches on it out of the box. These I will get over since it adds character lol. The roof of the 'mouth' part of the dome is warped and sagging on one side, giving him a 'Sylvester Stallone' looking mouth. And last but least, like others said, the plastic feels very cheap on certain parts. Mainly in the legs. It's a fantastic addition to my shelf but I would've liked it better without these flaws for the price I paid for it.

How much you pay? I do want this figure and it will only be displayed and never played with but not to thrilled if I have to pay $70 or more dollars for it!

I get mine today but I think I'm gonna have to let it warm up a bit before i start moving it around. Its freezing cold here and I don't want anything to snap off.

These things are selling out like hotcakes, and it looks like the production run was a healthy 17,000 units.

Wasn't planning on scooping this bad boy up as I have the HT on PO. Call it my inner child (we can all relate), but growing up, GI JOE, ROBOCOP, and STAR WARS were my go to collections. When I saw this at my local shop (Bedrock City, Love you guys!) and asked to see an unboxed yet broken :)slap) display I was sold! I had picked up the newly released Robo on Blu Ray that has the extra commentary and making of clips as well as the new robo toy from Jada, so I thought why not give this bad boy a little reference! I haven't had the opportunity to really play and give it a proper once over, but I will soon! 2014 is a great year to be a ROBOCOP fan! I don't care how pathetic the new film is building up to be, all I know is its garnering interest from companies to remake the classic, and that is were we all win! :clap 1/4 Enterbay, 1/6 HT etc....Im going broke this year, worth it!

Pete

Definitely get the one with the spring-loaded holster. It's just really awesome to have a functional holster at this scale.

If you got the first one without it, wouldn't it bother you know there's a better version out there? Plus as far as I know, the holster one doesn't have the NOSE sticking out like the first one did!!

^ Speaking of 'Ditch' :)lol), I just ditched my PO for this thing.

I was potentially going to pay $100 AUD for it - & after reading around a bit more.. this really is just a cheap toy.

No ****ing WAY am I paying that much for something that should be priced at at least half that money.

I love the robot / design etc.. but I might as well get the HT one if I'm going to spend $100 - might as well go the whole hog (not happening :lol).

For those that have it now & are happy - all the best. :duff
