Yeah, the lack of detailed paint in the beard and the glossy hair is what sets it apart from the original eleven sculpt.

I've had a few hit or miss purchases from simplehappylife. For example the claws I purchased from them were different than what was pictured in their eBay listing. On the other hand the Burning Soul Logan headsculpt was authentic.

Yeah, it looks different than the Eleven sculpt.

Do you think the sculpt looks good as the original? The paint is just what's off.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I may apply some dullcoat to minimize the gloss in the hair, and lightly dry brush some touches of gray. I think the sculpt is there, but the paint could be better.

Don't waste your time on eBay. Especially when you're guaranteed to get authentic Eleven products from Kit. Its a no brainer.

I think the last run of those Eleven headsculpts are sold out..
I'm just going to try to improve the color of the hair and beard with some dry brushing. Can't hurt!

Wait.. so the ebay seller Simplehappylife is selling bootleg of the Eleven Logan headsculpt?!? Damn I just purchased a Logan set from him 2 days ago. Gah! I read someone on here said that he is a legit seller. Ugh.. oh well it was only $109.99.. I guess I'll buy the next angry Logan sculpt from Eleven when it's released.

im the same but i actually enjoyed putting this together once i started. gettin under shirt on was hard but doable. put shirt in jacket and put them on at same time. tight fit over biceps but again doable. take it slow overall. be careful with the cuffs of white shirt lil button can come off. use a hairdryer or hot water to warm the feet and remove ankle pegs.

LOL, my thoughts exactly. I'm still enjoying this set from "Simple Happy Life." I began to fill out the hair sculpt on the head and face with some drybrushing, and I've already noticed a difference. After doing a little homework, I have come to the conclusion that the head is a re-cast of the Eleven head sculpt. The body is a "ZC Toys 1/6 muscular." Similar to the Ganghood 1.0, but the torso articulation begins lower on the ZC body. The shoulders on the Ganghood are a bid broader and rounded. I prefer the look of the Ganghood. I plan on buying a Ganghood body soon.

Here is what my head sculpt looks like at the moment after a little bit of dry brushing. There were definitely some unpainted areas where it meets the cheeks, as well as on the sideburns and under the ears along the jawline:

Thanks! Yeah I'm gonna go back at it again tomorrow. Still a work-in-progress, but I really like the difference the dry-brushing has made.

Geez even the body is not the Ganghood version?! For shame! Why isn't anyone giving him a negative feedback then? My first time doing a custom isn't off to a great start lmao.. I figured buying from a US seller is better... I'll definitely buy from onesixthkit from now on!

I think the consensus would be the Ganghood 1.0. There's a few other bodies that you can use, but this seems to be the favorite.


Green Lantern: I know, right! To be fair, my set was delivered 48 hours. The body is decent, but it's lacking in the shoulders. I think it's a solid kit with the suit itself. The head sculpt will definitely need paint, but some simple dry-brushing makes a world of a difference on the sculpt.
