Slowly learning about the Marvel comic universe, but is this guy considered a must have statue? I haven't come across him yet, but his appearance keeps throwing me off. Just doesn't look... Intimidating. Kinda weird looking actually. (No offense to fans of course)

Get yourself some Annihilation paperbacks. Read on the the cosmic side of Marvel Universe. You can also google some info on his history as a world class danger as the devourer of worlds. You can also play Marvel Vs Capcom and fight him at the end.

A lot of people care about Galactus mostly out of nostalgia. He is not the most menacing or visually well designed bad guy ever. Actually, he is more of a force of nature more than a bad guy.
