The first game where the soundtrack blew me away, and this was my favorite theme. The music made me feel as powerful as Kratos as I ripped apart greek mythology's deadliest monsters and climbed ancient environments.

I figured this thread deserved a bump. The original Okami is one of my favorite games, and it has such a powerful soundtrack. And as it happens, I recently downloaded Okami HD and I'm getting to experience everything all over again.

I love the sound of traditional Japanese music.

Fine choices, all of the above. I got into the RE save themes not too long ago---so relaxing, yet eerie. And "End of Small Sanctuary" from SE3 is one of the best waking up in the morning and getting ready songs there is.

I can't really speak for Castlevania because I never played any of the games, but I love the Shinobi games! Joe Musashi was my freakin' hero as a young child . The soundtracks were pretty amazing.
