I'd rather just wait for "Super Utimate Marvel vs. Capcom 4 X to the Nth Power Beeyotch." It'll be the 11th version, but I can wait 2 years.

Nevermind I'll get that instead of Ultimate Marvel VS Capcom 4. Sounds like it'll have more features.

I really hate how games like COD steer game development toward how they do things because of how popular COD is. Just look at Plants vs Zombies. Awesome game. Now they're making a FPS out of it. That is not necessary and is such a jump from what it started out as. As people have said before they already took over RE and now it's a glorified action shooter.

I love DR1 and DR2 was really fun too. But what made them so great aside from the campyness was that the settings were so over the top. The first game was set in a mall on steroids and the second was set in a casino on steroids. This one just looks like a city. That's boring and has no character.

Pretty soon we'll be playing DR with zombies running while shooting guns at the player. So what if I can change clothes in the game. That isn't the point. I really can't even see them including psychopaths judging from the game's serious tone. When I first saw the announcement I was so excited but before the trailer was over I knew the game was going too far toward COD. sigh

:exactly:

If a developer states that they are aiming toward COD players, stay far away from the game, very far away.

Another thing is guns should be rare and not overpowered. I never found that having a pistol in DR 1 or 2 made much difference because of the number of zombies. And that's how it should be.

It just bugs me how comical they make these games. They need to be darker and tone and actually take themselves seriously. That's just my taste, to each his own I guess.

They said there is a mode were you can take all the humor out of the game and play it as a more serious game I like this Idea a lot. Game looks amazing I have it preordered along with my day 1 edition xbox one.

I hated the time constraints in DR1 and 2. Felt like I never had time to enjoy myself and had to rush to everything. I hope they abolished that in DR3 or I will stay clear.

Same. I was really bummed that it had returned in 2. Started over so many times... it got old fast. I hear 3 got rid of it. If that's true, it's a day one buy for me.

I believe the time limit is gone. They do have a mode where you can have it on though, but my understanding is, the main game is time limit free :yess:

That is nice to hear. Now I can fart around and make all sorts of zombie killing contraptions (the meat of the game) rather than focus on time constrained events.

in an interview they said they removed it, but it can be put on "as an option" the player can turn it on or Off.. whatever the player Prefers .. along with making noise that the Kinect detects "your own real voice or sound you make" that'll distract the zombies
