Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

Hands are sculpted.Where he is sitting I believe fingers of both are sculpted in one peace. If arms are removable, it will be great master piece. But how do those hands work-they are just sculpted in one position, like you see.

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

So he doesn't come with traditional arm articulation? Only the legs move, while the arms are interchangeable in a specific pose?

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

Pretty much decided on getting the dolly dolly version, prolly from BBTS.

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

Seems there are 3 or 4 if they are statues, sitting, standing/slashing and dolly. LIke their Ghostbuster figures, they will likely sell these individually or as a 3 or 4-pk.

People are saying it's a 1/6 figure....or figures. I don't know what to think.

If it is an articulated figure, then it's the most ground breaking 1/6 figure in the last 8 or 9 years, since the HT TDK line of figures.

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

Yes, details would be fantastic to have. Super interested in this.

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

The other thread also knows that Hannibal Lecter is spelled..."Lecter."

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

Thanks for the pics, MF. Seems there are two headsculpts for this and until I see the full PO Proto page. I'm not really sure if these are 1/6 statues ( which I never really heard of) or One seamless figure with a few outfits and the cart accessory. I hope we know pretty soon.

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lector

IS this statue? or figure? looks awesome!

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lecter

Blitzway is becoming my new darling.....the just got almost a grand of my cash......

Now they get some more.

Don't be surprised of this is a seamless body folks.....

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lecter

I hope it's ONE figure, and not two different versions. I'd hate having to choose one, because I prefer the closed mouth, but I really like the mask version which has the smiley face :gah:

I'm surprised they didn't make the blue jumpsuit version? That's such an iconic version and sequence...maybe his most famous scene. Perhaps that will be the next Hannibal?

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lecter

Statue or not, I'm in for the 1/6 scale of the restraint mask version. Perfect sculpt!

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lecter

I get the sense that it's a more or less a statue with interchangeable parts.

Instead of typical ball joints, they're just cut joints that you can pop different arms in. Which is not a terrible way to go, it probably saves some money from having to create a new body, you can just mold a single piece. for each body part and plug them in. Most people put figures in iconic poses anyways, so just sculpt it and cut it up.

It could also be a licensing thing, like Hopkins doesn't want toys of a serial killer, but if you say it's a statue, it's okay.

Re: Blitzway 1/6 Scale Hannibal Lecter

I read this whole thread and I'm still confused :lol. I don't think BW even knows what to call these. They clearly state "statue" for Marilyn, Rocky & Stone, but they don't specify with this.

The eleven sculpt looks like a 1/6 piece, but unfortunately will probably connect with magnets or however the arms do. Damn shame. I'd love to just plug and play that head on my Iminime/Robbie set up, but looks like this will take some work.

Plus this comes with accessories that you can have the fig/statue hold? Weird...
