Aliens 1/6 gorman

Thanks for adding me to the list Patrick! I definitely want a custom Lt. Gorman from Chris Howes. His work is amazing! Chris can you make him with a removable green U.S.C.M. hat like he had in ALIENS? I'd love to have one like that. I guess I could find the hat online if you don't want to cast the hat. Let me know here. Patrick, did you find a hat for your Gorman? Or are you not going to include the hat with yours? Where did you get the great uniform for yours Patrick? I want to get one for my Lt. Gorman too! Thanks!

Chris I am very interested in later ALIENS USCM head sculpts for the remaining marines after Lt. Gorman. The ones that Hot Toy didn't make such as:
1.) PFC Weirzbowski
2.) PFC Crowe
3.) dropship female pilot Lt. Ferro
4.) dropship co-pilot male Spunkmeyer
5.) female medical specialist Lt. Dietrich
6.) not one of the marines, but a must to complete the collection...."Company Man" aka "Slimeball" Carter J. Burke!

Yeah, I'd LOVE to have the entire ALIENS cast. I've already made a custom Bishop I'm proud of from an X-Files/Milennium Sideshow Frank Black, and my own Newt. But I'm getting a better Newt from board member, SovereignStudios.

But first...I want Lt. Gorman from Chris. One with the taped up head after his concussion would be cool. But I prefer the one from the beginning of the movie. But we'll see how the preference goes with those on the list. I'll go with either head. Regular, or "battle-damaged" and taped up.

Hey Mike, i will have my Gorman with the bandage, like he's mostly in the movie. Chris is making our Gorman with normal head so we have to add the his green cap or the bandage ourself Mike.
I will make the gorman with the Bandage.

Well i checked some pictures from the ALIEN S.E. MOVIE & 2ND DISC.
I will send you the pictures and will post them later on the forum.
I've bought 2 sets of cloths on Ebay and a regular body and regular hands, some black boots and an original aliens marine belt with gun.

I think some other board members would be VERY interested in a custom Lt. Gorman head.

Patrick send a PM or e-mail out to these members:
1.) Les Walker - I know he loves ALIENS, and doesn't have a Lt. Gorman yet.
2.) DarkArtist81 - Josh loves ALIENS, and I think would really want Gorman too!
3.) SovereignStudio - Shawn may want a Gorman head. He's already made an incredible custom Newt.
4.) die - My friend Jeff Call makes customs too, and may want a Gorman head.
5.) Cocoboloboy - Adam does great custom work and may want Gorman.
6.) pjam - Paul has great customs and repaints for his awesome marines. I'm sure he'd want a Lt. Gorman to go with them all.

Maybe all of them, or at least a few will "bite" on this custom. I hope that they will so we can get the 15 interested members we need to get the special $20.00 price for the Gorman head from Chris Howes!

To clarify, I wasn't questioning whether Chris could handle the projects that he is running. I just wasn't sure if he was aware of all of them (more seem to be cropping up every day).

During my tenure as manager of a model prtotoyping company I had my hands in an average of 250-300 projects a year. Of course I didn't sculpt all of those start to finish by myself, I had a number of sculptors under me, but you get an idea of what I was used to.

Right now I'm wrapping up a bunch of last minute panicked commercial work( their panic, not mine! ). Plus I'm working on the active commissions. This is what I do for a living all day, every day.

I appreciate your concern, but fear not, I can handle it. As I get through the commercial stuff you'll see a flurry of updates on the active commissions.

Keep in mind that new threads you see will usually take a while to garner sufficient interest to put htem on the active list. Sometimes it takes some time to get the critical 15 people signed up to assure the discount price..... except for House..... that took 24 hours!

Thanks Chris for your reassuring words. I am really looking forward to getting the Gorman head from you. Patrick, board member "Predatortje", is a great guy, and a HUGE ALIENS fan like I am. I know we both want Lt. Gorman VERY badly. I would like to eventually get those other minor, but very important marines, and Carter Burke from you someday too that I listed in my earlier post in this thread. Hopefully we can keep the ALIENS cast head sculpt commissions rolling with you!
