I assume they mean that the regular version is sold out.
But Ex is same price with extra bonus, so to me the Mark VI is still available to order.... with a bonus.

That doesn’t make sense. Why would the regular version be waitlisted & not the exclusive.

It shows that it most likely will be sold out soon (even 2nd batch pre-orders)
Because they are making more for Sideshow.

Because the regular ones go out to other retailers like BBTS while the EX stays with SS.
I think it's also due to the fact the regular version was ready to ship and the exclusive was listed as pre-order for may. I'm sure you had a lot of people who weighed the extra accessory up against another months time waiting.

I thought they changed it to be eligible on anything. I think the coupon says $50 off any item right? Not any in stock item? In any case I think they are account bound unfortunately.

They are bound by account. Mine is only showing as eligible for in-stock items. No pre-orders. At least for Hot Toys.
Interesting thought there was a big discussion about it a while back and they said it was able to be used on preorders. Maybe I'm mistaken.
