Shows what you know. They can take action. And have in the past.

Becuase hot toys is the Sole licensor for 1/6 MCU product in certain markets they can take action. They are also the ones with the fox xmen rights in 1/6(film only as the actors likeness rights are more complicated). So any 1/6 items based on marvel movies, even those produced by Sony or fox, are rights that hot toys has. Doesn't matter if the item is a direct recast of hot toys product, or just using any likeness or costume or prop (in 1/6) from the films hot toys has the right to act.

Absolutely agree! Maybe that was because of lack of licensing. They didn't want to make it look too much like Patrick Stewart.

I doubt that's why. They labeled it xmen and Charles Xavier. Already enough to lose any IP claim or suit.

I find it funny they put a copy right tag on the bottom of the images...what a load of crap. Lol

Not to bad I guess the sculpt on pg1 looked better but I could live with this if only for the rather gorgeous looking wheelchair the sculpt can always be replaced, now just a decent price please.

I was thinking the same thing. Sometimes the accessories are more important than the hs.
