It really depends. I've shipped just the sides before and had the end user assemble it, which cuts down on shipping. Even more so if we send it parcel post. It takes longer to get there, but its cheap.

Got mine today!! Amazing!! No oil on mine under the black paper but I did feel a wetness on the tape on the belt. I think tape residue is the culprit here, but only time will tell. Seems that most people aren't experiencing problems so we'll see what happens. I think it might be a non-issue though.

Opened mine up, no oil to be found under the black paper. I did however, feel some oil on my fingers from the tape on the back of the belt, or wetness or whatever. I'll take it off and glue in the magnet before I put him all together. I think that's the culprit here. Pers cover is seamless. The...

I'm going to take my chances. I've had the dx02 since release with no problems, so hopefully I'll have the same luck.

The largest dimension I can make is one side at 3'x4'. The larger cases, it's better to use thicker acrylic though.

I try and get them out the door in about 2-3 weeks depending on my work schedule.
