So the fact that in the gameplay demo they actually tell you the boy in the cage is Chico means nothing to you guys?

Go and watch the gameplay video. This is what is said.. "here is a map of the cages you saw in the beginning with the boy, Chico"

People think the little boy is solid snake but in the gameplay video, they say the boy is someone called Chico. Who is Chico?
