Keep in mind that the extras that were used as stormroopers in ANH were in fact skinny dudes. The average size of the actors was 5'9"-5'10" and 160-170 lbs. Most of the convention photos you see of stormtroopers in armor are out of proportion to what was on the screen.

Re: Sideshow PF Jack Sparrow In Progress It's been a few weeks since my Jack Sparrow exclusive was deliverred but I finally set up where I was going to display it. Everything looked great as I unpacked it, but as soon as I unwrapped the torso, the entire right arm fell off.

Dressing up as a Sideshow Product (and using the product for direct reference) doesn't merit much creativity. Kudos to the Haunted Mansion Ghost, the only winner who isn't an item sold by Sideshow.

Whew. I finally figured it out, and with 3 minutes to spare too. Thank you for posting the hint. It was a good hint, since at first it made me even more perplexed but eventually lead me to where I needed to be.

I just love necro-quoting when the tendancy is for people to freak out over the first promotional images and then salivate over the production version. I almost think that sub-stadard preview images are on purpose just to make the reaction to the production pieces that much better. -theropod

I missed the exclusive because of a fire alarm at work. Lame. So now I'm a waitlist hopeful with a standard version ordered on the side.
