I had it sent back internationally and there was a problem with my label so I contacted them and had to try several times. My return ended up being delivered on the 26th (instead of the 24th), but they assured me that the return deadline would be extended for me.
I just tried to drop off the shipment to be sent back to SideShow at FedEx, and the FedEx employee told me that the pre-paid label is for domestic shipments, not international ones...
Great. What now? I emailed William and he's out of the office until the 17th. >_<
I got a similar, but different email because mine had already shipped.
They asked me to send it back, and said they'd be sending a pre-paid shipping label by Aug 10. Only problem is I had it shipped internationally, so IDK how that is going to work. >_>
Really? I'm the other way around. I don't really like how national-run postal services work.
