    Hot Toys Sandtrooper MMS 295

I'm not a Sandtrooper guy, but I can certainly appreciate the level of extra work and craftsmanship you are demonstrating. Incredible effort here! BOBBY

Hot Toys Justice League Wonder Woman

Repost, hoping the info helps others here: I purchased the Training Armor version as a gift for my wife who asked for her first 1/6 figure for her Birthday. We are both very impressed with the sculpt and paint, with only one minor annoyance....the hands keep falling off. I took a quick look and...

1/6 Hot Toys Wonder Woman Training Armor

I purchased this as a gift for my wife who asked for her first 1/6 figure for her Birthday. We are both very impressed with the sculpt and paint, with only one minor annoyance....the hands keep falling off. I took a quick look and pulled back the rubber skin, and I found inside the arms are a...

    1/6 SSC 1/6 Harley Quinn

Hi all, I missed out on getting the Harley Quinn comic style figure when it first came out, and after reading about the problems with stock Sideshow body, I felt with a replacement, the figure can still be a worthy addition to my shelf. I was able to buy one second hand in excellent condition...

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

I've played around with using magnets for securing a helmet dome on a bare Vader head....with the size and strength required so it didn't move accidentally while posing, the weight made the figure top heavy, and fall over. This is especially problematic with those Hot Toys style barbell ankles...

Its a little difficult to tell, but that looks like Crazy Glue haze. If it is, it can be buffed out easily with a microfiber cloth and a drop of water. BOBBY

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

Why yes I do. In fact my Vader is now a full 14" of xenomorph smacking authority. Nobody tells Vader what do do in my cabinet. Height wise the ESB Vader looks in line with Bespin Luke, a good thing. So my posting is about personal preference. Nothing more. Move along....move along.... BOBBY

Although I have my custom ESB Vader, I'm glad everyone has a chance to get a very nice looking figure pretty much straight out of the box. The presentation with the Bespin display is top notch, and the paint work looks absolutely flawless. The figure is undoubtedly short, and a little stumpy...

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

I have to give props to the Unreal Customs cape......its unreal! :) If you wrap the cape wire around the neck peg, the head can still articulate freely, on my custom Sideshow ROTJ Ver.2 Vader with modified Rogue One helmet. "Join me, and together we can rule the galaxy as father and son!"...

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

At one point, I will post an article with pics in the customs section, but it involves removing the dome, seperating the head, and punching out the original chin mesh insert. I then used needle files and X-Acto knife to enlarge the chin aperature according to my photo references. I pressed a...

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

Darth Moneypit? :) I estimate I spent $140 on the Rogue One parts. Which isn't unusual for me since I typically pick up spare parts off TA or Ebay for conversion work, or just to have in case of breakage etc. BOBBY

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

So looking at all these pics other freaks have posted of the Hot Toys ESB Vader, I could not help but feel it looked familiar: The pic on the left is courtesy of Kylo Ren,the pic on the right is my Sideshow ROTJ Vader head modified with the much larger Hot Toys Rogue One dome. To me this...

    1/6 1/6 Hot Toys - MMS 452 - Star Wars: Episode V ESB - Darth Vader

Thanks! The stock Sideshow ROTJ body, it is thick in the middle, with a pronounced barrel chest section, essential to mimic David Proswe's physique in my opinion. The Rogue One body is very nice with a very strong muscular build especially in the shoulders, but since I was going for ESB I stuck...
