I just looooove the game design. To bring a cg character to life, SOME concessions have to be made and a little bit of loose on the suit is acceptable to me. Its a figure, not a statue.

Ultimate Ultron seems to be able to fly without repulsors as well. Id also like to point out that this isnt even close to the same location where Thor gives the line IS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN DO. Trailer magic.
