Doesn't one of those have slightly more narrowed eyes? Hardly noticeable, tough.
I wish they had included a a smirking Batman headsculpt, or a gas mask headsculpt, or a infrared slit goggles headsculpt (On Leather WIngs). The Bruce Wayne headsculpt also needs a rework, because it doesn't fully capture the source material, but it looks like it will be released that way- maybe a repaint will help.
I'd be open for a second pack with a removable belt and ab crunch, grey boot soles, the Mask of the Phantasm poster spread cape. Include a flash light, his Ninja Batstar, Batman handcuffs, a thumbs up hand, pointing hands and flat ninja pose hands, and a removed cowl resting on his back / shoulders (which the Bruce Wayne headsculpt should have come with. Also, such a set would be a great way to include some of the earlier stages of H.A.R.D.A.C. - glowing red eyes Batman, damaged Bruce Wayne head. It would also be great if the figure had a removable cape, since we saw Batman without it a few times. Oh, and a Cape and Cowl Conspiracy mask.
Also, how about exchangeable chest emblems. A regular one, one with a cut across and a H.A.R.D.A.C. wire connector. Binoculars would also be great since he used them several times on the show, but then they'd have to rework the arm articulation in a way that he can get it up to his eyes.
