Oh weird...my EX head has the indentations but they aren't painted black...

The exclusive head has those same two marks under the eye don't know if it's a defect but mine also has what looks like a small crack on the leg. Maybe just a paint crack? and also I got paint rubs too you can even see the blue on the wrapping paper.

So I talked to a representative and the indentions are intentional. Unfortunately mine also and a hole in the base so hopefully I'll get a whole replacement

I'm BACK!

I dodged a bullet. I lucked out with a good one. No chips, breaks, etc.

The 'battle' lines on the Ex. face don't appear to be as dark as what I've seen. You can kind of see them on mine if you look closely. The paint app. on mine is really great. I've got to do another once over (once I calm down).

This piece is crazy awesome. Just the look, presence, etc. I'm really, REALLY impressed. I think I want the Symbiote now.

Puts the JSC, comiquette and original PF to shame. Just a totally different league.

I seriously can't wait to get this thing properly displayed. I'm getting custom cabinets built at the moment and going to pick up some 'bookend' ones from Ikea - hoping to have everything up and ready by May/June-ish. This piece just screams at you. Needs to be front and center.

My Ex head has those exact same lines/marks.. Are they supposed to be there? At first I thought it was a defect but then I looked a proto pictures and it looks like they are there.

Also my hand doesn't sit flush either, it looks similar to yours (maybe a bit better not sure its not in front of me), but the fingers definitely aren't touching the base. Ill take pictures tonight when I get home from work

I don't think the hand is supposed to be perfectly flush, it isn't in the prototype pictures and you would plant your hand palm first anyway if you didn't want to break your fingers, but the black lines on the my hand don't look good. That's my bigger problem

I don't mean to laugh. That's ridiculous.

I did have some paint residue on the tissue paper material - I was really nervous at first. Thankfully no blemishes though.

The blue 'overspray' on the arm is a little ridiculous too. The rest isn't that bad though, IMO.

Yes..yes they did send me duplicate regular heads on my first order with them. Way to make a repeat customer out of me.

Can you tell which one I'm going to keep? The one with the chin lines that are actually centred. Although there is more black on the eyes (that seems to go away under different lighting)

These's blue on the underneath side of the torso in the torso/leg picture too. (Just a little hard to see when not blown up because it's dark)

Is this the first time you've ordered a Sideshow product or the first time ordering directly from Sideshow?

I like the one on the right, but honestly, I'd go with whatever you think looks better in person. From the photo, I don't see a huge difference.
