didn't know where else to post this, so my bad if there is already a dedicated thread. but this is about AOU so i figured why not.

there's a roadshow at a mall in my country right now, displaying among other things, a life-size hulkbuster, hulk, and cap. plus various 1/6 figures by ht and 1/4 statues by xm media. the hulk (by beast kingdom i believe) looks pretty bad up close but cap and the hulkbuster are nicely detailed. ht's stealth iron man is cool with the translucent armour bits but really hard to capture on camera (using an iPhone doesn't help). and i am digging that xm black widow a lot. too bad it's sold out.

interestingly, cap's shield now features stark tech so it attaches to his arm via electromagnetics or whatever. think they teased that in a recent trailer.

anyway, here are some impromptu pics...

Really like the Hulk and Ant-Man statues.

I don't like Tony Stark or Iron Man, but I must admit, if I was there and saw that life-size Hulkbuster armor, I couldn't help but be impressed. Looks cool.

Everything looks great but for the fact he has irises and pupils. Very much no like.
Maybe if WB adds Red Tornado he'll have blank eyes and the cheesy collar. :lol

Avengers 2 is both an amazing sequel and a fantastic setup for the rest of the MCU. So nerdy in the best possible way.

And out of all the AGE OF ULTRON chaos, somehow Hawkeye gets the best role in the movie. AND the best line of the movie, maybe the series.

Just saw AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. Soooooooo many characters and soooooo much going on, I can't believe it's coherent, let alone so fun.

Is it just me, or does vision look uncannily like Mark Hamill in that poster?

I see it, very Empire Strikes Back.

Say what you want about Whedon, he did it with Avengers, and it sounds like once again, he's found a way to handle such a large cast and numerous plot points and make it work. I for one am grateful he's helmed the first 2 films, we'll see how Infinity War goes.
