As promised better pictures

Great pictures. Thanks for posting them.

With the pic above I was thinking about how funny it would have been in the original IM movie if, instead of lumbering out of the cave in the MKI, he walked out in this armour. Like he built this from a bunch of scraps. Like Tony is just THAT good, lol
it just seemed like a funny visual to me.

I feel like this guy has been overshadowed by Apocalypse! I just picked mine up from UPS and unfortunately the neck joint is broken, ugh.

Just got mine today, what a badass this guy is. People make fun of his arms but damn he looks cool and pretty menacing if posed right. Another member of the legion added! :yess:

Red Snapper? After a few months, this will turn into the Pink Snapper...

Just picked one up this morning. I never even entertained getting one until the in-hand pics..seeing one live on display sealed the deal. I know that this is one of the least popular suits because it does not look like your typical IM and also Tony Stark did not wear it in the movie. However as a lover of all things mecha this piece really showcase the workings of a mech suit wonderfully with all the exposed pistons and all. The size is pretty impressive and when I glance at my meagre IM collection of 5 suits (WM, WM Mk II, IV, XXI, and II) the Snapper really stands out among others which to the untrained eye look the same except with different colors (with exception of war machine).

There is a dude on another board who removed the claws for a different look and I may try that later.

If you like robots, don't really care about whether RDJ wore what in the movie, and just want to stare at cool mechanical details then this would be a very cool pick-up.

What forum?
Do you have a link?
If i ever pick this one up, i reckon i will put a Tony head in the helmet. He had to have worn it at least once.

Here's the link...the dude also modified the waist so it can turn and added lights to the hands so they also light up.

Apparently you just have to pull on the claws to detach them. I tried it just now but maybe the factory used a bit more glue on mine so they don't seem to be coming off easily. Maybe when I get bored of the claw look then I will be more adventurous and just dissemble the whole arm.

I was also able to put my Tony Stark head from Mk IV on the Red Snapper so I don't know why HT says to only use the Mk VI head? I think using the Tony Stark on this suit looks really good as it actually looks like he'd fit in there. When I display the Mk IV with the Stark head it just doesn't look right probably because the overall proportion of the armor is too slim so it really doesn't look like 'man in a suit' but more like he's a cyborg with human head.

That's great stuff! I just won a Snapper off twitter, I'm going to mod the arms and give him an orange Peacemaker paintjob
