Get on the waitlist, there's a really good chance you'll still get one since it hasn't even been released yet.

Sorry, regular DW Thor is in stock, but Light Armor EX is WL. As mentioned, if you get on the WL now, you have a fair chance of getting one due to cancels and card declines.

i wanna know does anyone know how to display the cape like this ? does it require wires ?

i was trying to find a thor reference, but came upon this instead, i guess the technique it's transferable ?

Jingobell used the flight stand to pose the cape then photoshopped it out. You can also wire it your self. If its for reference her is my wired cape on the same figure.

Same can be done to thors you will just have to split both capes open if they decided to do it like MOS.

yeah! that's what i'm looking for, are there any tutorials on how to do this?

You only need to find a place where you can put the wire into the cape between layers. If the cape detaches then it will be easy to find such a spot, either an actual seam, or a spot which will not be seen once the cape is on.
On the MOS, i used the pleats where they attach to his collar to feed the wire in, and kept feeding it in till the wire was all the way along the edges of the cape. When it was all in place, i chopped the roll of wire and fed the last part in. I then sewed the wire into the lining of the cape from the outside at 5cm intervals.
If you look on the leading edges of the cape, you can perhaps see the little loops of thread at intervals.

hmm, trying to decide if I want to get on the wait list for this or not. The regular TDW version just doesn't do it for me and neither does loki. But I have been wanting a sleeveless thor ever since the avengers.

Doooeet. If you don't hop on wait list now you will be going to the sideshowtoy.com and adding it to your cart for the next 7-8 months until release so may as well save yourself the time and order it now

Trying to decide if I want this figure or not myself. I like the look but can't decide if I'm a big enough Thor fan to justify the purchase. Might get on the wait list just in case as I prefer this one to the fully armored version.
