I just smashed my batman cape. It was a lot easier than I anticipated. I think it might be made out of plastic.

Straight Plastic wouldn't shatter. Polystone (plastic mixed with stone powder) is more ridged, and easy to break. You'd think they'd come up with something that has the same feel but is more durible by now.

Mine will arrive tomorrow according to Fedex! Which got me thinking.. Since I have Green Lantern PF, should I get Superman PF too? I'm not really a big fan of Superman. -.-

Since I have Green Lantern PF, should I get Superman PF too? I'm not really a big fan of Superman. -.-

Yeah wanted to have two of my favorite character. So I could display both heads, and have one with a rogues setup. Then one with a JLA setup someday. I will only collect the main six of the JLA. Then Batman PF's from DC, so I wanted to have Batman in both displays. Other then that I only collect video game PF's from SSC. So it was a expense I could justify.

I have performed successful pit surgery! Will post pics later, but it looks 100% better!

I have a replacement body coming at some point, and I won't hesitate to do it again to that one.

That will look real awesome! I am sure SSC will do a silver age version with a repaint on this to milk Batman. I wasn't around in the silver age so that Batman isn't my iconic Batman, but I still respect the Neil Adams and Carmine Infantino Batman. But Frank miller's dark Batman is what I grew up with so this Batman works perfect for me.

Sup dude, what kind of shelf you got goin on there? Any chance I can get a link for those exact shelves? I can't seem to find any display that will fit Bats!

Yea I am away from my computer at the moment so I can't link you to it. But they are besta's from ikea with the tombo doors. Hope that helps.

Yeah 80's for the win. Yeah that silver age one will look amazing, but I am sure the es will be small so it will be a quick sell out. Hopefully perfect pits though lol.
