Not a bad episode, but kinda lackluster as a season finale.

Spoiler Spoiler:

That season 3 finale was ****ing atrocious. I'm gonna go reread the much, much better comics now to wash that bad taste out.

Governor is alive, I'm actually happy, I think he's my current favorite character, great villain.

I was so happy when they killed Andrea I jumped up out of my chair. :lol Her storyline has been just awful.

Andrea waits like 20 mins while the Governor rallies and drives to prison and starts the assault to say a single word to Milton.Than she stops for storytelling time again when Milton wakes back up instead of going on with freeing herself.

"I wanted to save everyone."

- Andrea, the woman who tryed to kill herself and repeatidly stated she wished she had. Good riddance and thank god.

They basically used this season to grow the Governor's character. He was awesome in this episode though. Loved his dialogue in the opening scene.

It wrapped everything up it needed to in an exciting way, and left us enough to be excited for what's next.

That's what a season finale is supposed to do.

I guess I don't have to spoiler tag this now.

I hate to say that I had very little reaction to Andrea's death, and what little emotion I did feel came from Danai Gurira's performance. I didn't hate Andrea as a character, but she made so many bad decisions, including spending what precious escape time she had to swap stories with Milton, that it just made her death seem inevitable and not surprising at all.
