I cannot believe it. I won something. I won a pair of tickets to see this at the preview showing in Cineworld on the 18th of this month. Thank you Dublin City Comics. This will be the first ever premier/preview I've ever been too. Woohoo.

I will wait until I have seen the movie, but based on all of the pre-release hype that I have seen, I am just not feeling this spider-man.

That scene with the cop looks so freaking stupid. He's shooting at Spider-Man and the bullets are almost hitting the guy Spidey has webbed up. What a moron.

I'm just glad it's not 100% usm. Usm is just bad IMO this seems more like ssm where it's still modern but keeps the classic elements like 616 goblin and not hulk goblin.

They did consultations with Bendis before the movie. (so USM is in there in bits)

Lots of fans love USM. (almost cult like) And i'm glad they went there. They almost had to since Raimi took care of the classic 60's SM. I dig USM, but if you're a SM 60's purist you might not.

I just hate what they did with carnage and the goblins although making Harry the hobgoblin is smart to bad the 3rd movie decided to go paintball snowboarder rocket racer. Also the whole thing with mj turning into that wolf thing was like wow.
