Well I understand that, I am just curious if they have gotten other complaints about that issue that they might have said they would be replacing it for sure as long as the pictures proved it in his case.

ok this is what she said, send the pics i took and if i have other pics of another piece that i think is better then the one i recieved.
then she will compare my pics, the pics of the "good" piece and one that they have as replacements on hand.
she said i would def get a replacement if i wanted but if all they have as replacements look like the one i recieved then they would offer me a full refund.
i never went into anything about money off if i decide to keep what i got cause it's not really that bad but it's bad enough to me.
i wanna see if i can exchange it first before anything

heres another issue, the damn base is huge and doesn't fit on a billy bookcase shelf with glass doors (my setup from ikea) thats how all my sideshow stuff is displayed....where am i gonna put her now

They hardly ever want you to send the piece back now, they just send the replacement and you destroy the old one once you get the new one.

Yup, I live in Louisiana and that's how it worked for my Mystique body when I had it replaced.
Ok, just opened my (COULDN'T WAIT!) very little to no paint slop and Vision is in one piece! Looks like I lucked out!
don't want her to be that high, billy bookcases are like 7 feet tall and the depth is still to thin for that dinner plate of a base SW comes with
Thanks man, yup Vision was in one piece just like the rest of the statue and i really have no problem with anything but her cleveage, looks messed up compared to yours....yours came perfect, thats what i'm hoping to get
hope you don't mind but i used your pics to send to sideshow to compare what a good one (yours) looks like compared to what i recieved.

I notice that in the pics from the group shot, it's way bigger than the rest of the ladies bases.
its friggin frisbee huge!! and HEAVY!!!
