I think that had more to do with not biting the hand that feeds him than anything else. Nevertheless, Zartan, unless disguised, despite 18 variants, never wore the Cobra sigil except for this retarded version (DDP?) which I never saw anywhere:

Especially since they previewed a Zartan sculpt before announcing that Roadblock and Gung Ho would have to wait for new muscle bodies. That certainly indicates that SSC Zartan won't have bare arms or abs.

I would expect SS Zartan to be covered up for the most part but like Evil said, everything would be there to bash a proper version.

Once SS gives us Zartan and Destro I'll be in heaven.... I was bumbed to have missed out on Seb's Destro the other day.

I guess it'll be easy enough to pick up one of the HT bodies. Not looking forward to all the whiny BS though about, "At these prices we shouldn't have to buy a new body."

The figure above has a cobra logo/necklace molded onto his breastplate. That's what I was referring to.

I know what you're talking about. I own that dumb figure too. I was more or less agreeing while adding just about nothing to the conversation.

Zartan, Destro and Major Bludd were all characters associated with Cobra but not members of Cobra. That being said I'm cool with the Cobra emblem being on their stands as long as it's not on the figures.

I swapped out STARS Chris' Dutch body for a Wesker one. It's not as big, but it's more accurate to the first game and I get the poseability back. Was planning on using the spare for a Matrix custom but decided to go with an ACE body instead because getting clothes on the HT rubber body is a pain in the ass. Plus there's the whole bleed factor. I hope HT's done with them. I also hope they look into improving poseability in the sculpted muscle bodies. Here's hoping Sideshow avoids that route completely.

Good choice. The muscle body makes Chris look roided-out.

Does his head not look way too big? If the figure was more RE1 accurate, I probably would have picked it up, but the roided Chris is just ridiculous looking to me.

No, it doesn't. The Dutch body almost looks cartoony in comparison to the heads anyway, so I just picked up a long neck adapter and popped it into the Wesker and put the Chris head on. Now he's more proportionate.

Are you asking who the artwork belongs to? Or who the character belongs to? If the former, the answer is Bill Merklein, a guy who worked for Hasbro in the 80s. If the latter, the answer is the children of the world.
