Is anyone else in the UK who ordered Joffrey direct from ThreeZero still waiting for their shipment notification, or is it just me? I did email their customer service mailbox several days ago, but unsurprisingly I've received no response.

I have a friend in the UK and he received it on August 25th from threezero

Got mine yesterday. I like him a bit more than I thought I would. The hair/crown was handled badly though as shown before. Oll need tk fix that and use a bit of pain here and there. Haven't decided how ill go about the body.

Oh, and there's a reason WorGar couldn't see the bottom lined gold fringe of that satin piece that hangs over his shoulder in the early pictures. Because the end naturally wants to curls inward. Ill need to iron mine.

I checked my order and realized that I previously had used a $25 off Sideshow coupon which made it a bit easier to justify keeping Joffery. So I did. Plus I don't want to be on a Sideshow naughty list for cancels as I supect it could be the reason I always get stuff from them in first batch.

Anyway no real big surprises here. Outfit and accessories are very good. But as expected seems taller than I remember(but perhaps not necessarily inaccurate to the show). The proto sculpt was very good and unfortunately this is not. The seam line of the side profile is hideous as pictured previously in this thread. Hot toys can pull off head/hair swapout seams like this pretty damn well, but this 3Z effort is abysmal.

Still a nice GOT figure to have with the rest. A very well played, despised villain in a great costume. Yet still kinda surprised they made him, could easily have fallen into custom figure type category. Which makes the price seem reasonable enough if you choose to look at it that way and consider that parts of the figure are very nicely done.

No pictures....?

I can't believe you remember that comment. I did see in later pictures that the gold trim, although minimized, is indeed still there so that's good.

I'll be curious to see what you do with him.

I haven't modified mine yet. It'll be a while before I can. But that gap between the head and neck is yikes!

A couple other things about this figure. The rubber arms DO suck. Looking into a body now.. And I'm not sure why they didn't make the boots with the cut at the ankle like Brienne and others. Also, I didnt expect the bow to actually work but it does. I thought that was neat though I'll never use it.

It's really worth repeating that it's a damn shame the sculpt turned out as it did. I bet almost everyone who bought this would have been ok with one seamless sculpt wearing the crown. Sucks that a really nice costume, crossbow, and sword are so diminished by the hatchet job they did on Joffery's head. They really could have elevated the figure if a metal crown like Cersei's could have somehow been implemented.

Thanks for the pics. I picked up the Star Ace Selene body that Ray recommended.

Someone else mentioned the working crossbow, I do think that's pretty cool.

The biggest fix for me with be tackling that head. I'm a bit nervous about the prospect of having to shave the forehead, but that crown definitely needs to come down more. To me, he's just not the same spoiled brat without that crown, so the reg hairpiece is useless to me. But I wouldn't spend the additional money for a new sculpt and paint... therefore I'm destined to attack this sculpt like Ray did and see what happens.

Is it worth getting the deluxe for the Widows Wail?

I just noticed that there's nowhere to hang it from his belt. I like the crossbow better, so I think the sword might end up at his feet like a forgotten accessory.

I mean, it's nice. The scabbard is really detailed and well painted. But so far mine's still in the box. I associate the character a lot more with the crossbow. (I've also got an Iron Throne to perch him on, so the third accessory seemed like too much for my display.)

Though I might have reconsidered if 3Z ever shifted to metal swords.

Sword is not a heartbreaking miss. It’s fine... whatever none of them are metal so they are all meh.

In where probably one of the top 2 or 3 “meh” figures in this entire line though it’s actually one of the better accessories in the box. Way more realistic looking tnan the crossbow.

Ouch... now you have me longing for one of the better accessories. :lol

But I appreciate the feedback. I know I'll end up overpaying for it and then it will sit in the box. But then why break my record? :)

I think the sword is the nicer looking accessory than the crossbow too. Maybe not as cool or fitting for the character. And really a shame 3Z isn't making the swords metal when they are so important in the GOT universe. But the fact that it's plastic is mitigated by the terrific scabbard. I say if you care enough to spend the cash on a pretty mediocre figure it's worth paying the little extra for the very nice sword.
