Looks great!

I liked the SSC sculpt but unfortunately the face was off.

Kept it because I didn't think anyone would ever do another 1/4 Namor.

I'll be replacing it with this guy from XM.

Anatomy is not off, he's just bulkier than the usual depiction of Namor, but not by much. Actually, that kind of jacked body type is BY FAR more common than the slender but with wide shoulders kind of body that usually swimmers have. It's the kind of body that people with a thick frame achieve by hitting the gym, I think he just needs to have his waist a tad more narrow, his arms a bit less bulked and the back not so insanely ripped.

Also, Namor has looked very jacked since, well, always, drawers use to draw him with huge lats to accentuate even more the lats-waist ratio, in 2D it's not as stiking as in 3D:

XM's initial rendering fits so well with the pics you posted. I wish XM would just go back to it. This one was perfect.

Final pics from Facebook, he looks spot on to me. Not sure if they tweaked proportions, waist looks a bit narrower, but I wouldn't change a thing. As usual, Avi killed it:

Very nice! But I guess no switchout parts? Something like a screaming portrait would be nice display option

Looks good but that's a big footprint and a lot of space to account for with the trident extending back. As much as I like XM statues a lot of them are shelf-eaters.

Nope. The proportions have not been tweaked. He still has a linebacker body. Oh well ...congrats to those who think he's spot on. You got what you wanted.

Namor doesn't look like his initial sneak peek. His proportions on that one was what caught my attention. This current proportions ...is not at all to my liking ...so I'll pass on this. Good news, tho ...Perhaps now I can put the money on the XM Studios Rising Sun Batman.

The hyper muscularity was toned down quite a bit, which makes this look much better.

Quick to judge. Seeing how much better Sandman looks printed, I can bet this will look even more spectacular when this gets printed. The beauty of digital art is its much simpler to make changes on the fly.

Personally, I have no problems with the musculature...I think that is spot on....I mentioned on XM facebook that I would like to see the wings on his ankles decreased in size about 20% - 30%. Everything else is supremo. The footprint of this base will probably be about the same size as Magneto. Footprints on the majority of XM statues is actually quite small width wise. It's the depth that is more the issue with Hulk and Magneto. Everything else so far fits fine in a Besta.

I just thought I should point that out. XM and big elaborate bases with footprints are overexaggerated IMO. Seeing how I have them all, I can say that with absolute certainty.

Nah, not quick to judge. Those are the final pics. Basically, that's the final sculpt. XM won't be tweaking it anymore. If not, then it's not the proportions shown in the initial sneak peek ...and its not the Namor I expected. Ill put my money on the Rising Sun Batman instead.

However, if XM does tweak this sculpt more towards what was initially peeked, then I'll put my money on Namor. The footprint or size of the base doesn't bother me. I'll gladly pick this up with these proportions:
