You should see what all they do. It was on like 20/20 and Dateline and I think GMA. They do a myriad of dances. LOL! And they are violent prisoners. Now that's funny!

What's funny is that I was at the Con all four days (even stayed at the hotel) and I never heard of this thing until tonight. I guess I was too busy punching my liver apart with alcohol.

What's the "theme" of dragon con. Sounds like a D&D crowd from the name.

There is absolutely no singular "theme" to Dragon*Con (despite its name). Basically, anything within pop culture or history is fair game. You'll see everything there from chicks wearing noting but pasties & body paint to to WWII reinactors to pirates to Klingons, Superheroes & Stormtroopers to Steampunk groups to a dude dressed as the ShamWow guy.

Again, Mardi Gras for geeks is probably the most apt description.

Well put, SDCC has more taste applied to its costumers. Of course you will see some where their costumes hug a bit here and there, but you have a lot more superheroes representing SDCC, and more "group" costumers in most cases at Dragon Con.
