What Star Wars story should be a live action film?

The one I long for the most would be The Trawn trilogy in movie format. Ever since I first read the novels I thought Thrawn could've been the most epic villain of all time. I would like the X-wing series to be turn into a TV show; each chapter could be a show and each book a season. Also the Republic Commando books were another one of my favorite reads which would make an awesome TV show as well. If any of these were made into live action I would happy as a pig in ____!

Having not read the books, I've always thought Thrawn's look was terrible. The blue skin, white costume, and the cat thing - always has come across as a really bad/cheap looking design. Yet reading here, he's highly loved...

Must be a great, great read.

the Thrawn trilogy is indeed a great read... so much so, there is no need to make a movie of it. the writing does more than any blue screen ever will.
