I believe the way it works is that if your waitlist doesn't convert, then you don't pay the NRD.
NRDs are only charged after you secure an order. (WLs excluded.)

Please someone help me. Im new to buying from the website. I want to get on a waitlist for a pf. I ordered a regular version and am paying flex payments. If I sign up on the waitlist, can/will sideshow swap out my regular order and make it exclusive and continue my flex payments or will they charge me for an exclusive in full payment as well, once it becomes available? And would I have to cancel the regular?

We can work with you if your Waitlist for the EX goes live. You just have to contact us before you cancel anything.
In the future, if you're going to play the game of putting in a Waitlist order for the EX and order the Reg to make sure you get something, it works best if the Regular is NOT on Flexpay. It's tricky to transfer payments and make sure everything is charged correctly.
