The new Children of Bodom: Halo of Blood is really good.

Today the new Amon Amarth: Deceiver of the Gods and Kalmah: Seventh Swamphony come out :yess:

For me it's been these 2 sick albums on rotation:

Everblack is signature BDM mayhem, love it.

Autotheism by The Faceless is very different then their last 2 albums. It's got almost an Opeth, prog feel to it. It took me a few listens but I grew to really like the change.

At this very second

Severe torture - misanthropic carnage.

Forgot how amazing these guys are with the old vocalist.

Once I get home, Deicide - to Hell with God

That album has amazing production and could be their best to date.

Love this thrash song!

Nice list! I still have a hard time with Burzum though, for obvious reasons.

Also check out Deafheaven, really good stuff.

I love Burzum. Easily one of my favorites. I just don't take his views to a personal level. I know his story and what hes about, but tht doesn't take away from his music in my mind.

Man, i wanna run through a wall when i hear this song...JUGGERNAUT style

Wow, just looked up that guy. Seems like a real nutjob. I have a friend who listens to As I Lay Dying and just found out about the incident. I don't think I could listen to someone so terrible as a human.

i had no idea the chick from Arch enemy retired....wtf

(the new chick is really hot too, her singing is okay)

pffft. angela looks and sounds better. imo.
angela passed over the torch to alissa, with blessing and all. plus she's still involved in the management aspect of arch enemy, just stepped out of the spotlight.
