Wow, the Bowen hulk looks great! nice pic. Really do love that other one based off McKeown art. Very nice.

Got this guy a few days ago. Bowen Hulk variant, also have the regular on order. This is the only 1:5 scale piece in my collection, kinda odd but I couldn't resist...it's Hulk. This piece actually impressed me more than I thought it would. The detail is great, paint application is top notch, it's fairly heavy for its size and its bigger than I thought it would be. Overall, very happy with it.

Well, I recently came back from a vacation in Italy and ended up buying a statue while I was down there lol. It's a faux bronze statue of Laocoon a priest strangled by sea snakes sent by the gods that favoured the Greeks. I saw the real statue while I was in Rome and visited the Vatican. A few days later I went to Florence and stumbled upon a statue store that specialized in higher end bronze and Greek/Roman mythology pieces. I saw this piece on a shelf behind glass and it just blew me away. It's made by a company called Varonese. The piece stands about 17" tall and 15" wide. The finish on it is top notch and the detail is amazing. It also weighs quit a bit for its size roughly 28lbs. Was a pain trying to get this through the airport but was worth it, very happy with this piece.

Ya, your mythology statues have always interested me. I've seen your Ares piece and it looks pretty good. Have you considered making faux bronze variants for this line? Or perhaps even real cold cast bronze?

I'm really interested in your Minotaur piece though, any updates on that?

Chris: I love how you have the Avngers Hulk PF posed in front of your Hulk Mondo poster! I plan on doing the Same thing with my Freddy PF and my Mondo Dream Warriors poster when sidehsow gets me a replacement claw hand for my Freddy because it arrived broken Monday.
