Just caught sight of this on the BBTS page. Looks pretty cool. It is a whopping $360 though. :[

Rubber sleeves defeats the purpose of being die-cast.

I thought the same thing and I was told that it's not rubber. It just didn't have the articulation built into it yet.

Doesn't matter to me either way. I am a big Hal Jordan fan and I have no desire to own this.
If it had a head sculpt like Sideshow's PF, I might feel different about it.

I am looking forward to SS previewing their 1/6 version though.

Is there any news on whether or not these alloy JLA figures are selling or not? For $400 a piece for these lack luster figures is a bit much. They can't be selling out.

I think die-cast is okay for mechas and vehicles. Stuff like Transformers and Iron Man. I don't personally dig having Batman and the rest of JLA being done in die-cast. IMO their bodies end up being robotic and disproportionate, while their headsculpts are bland. If I were into Iron Man I'd spend $600 for one of their 1/4 IM figures, but $400 for this? No.

Looks bad there with the snap on constructs, but I'll wait for the official pictures before passing judgement.

Yep - pretty much agree with everyone here. :lol

I'm a big fan of GL - & can't wait for a nice quality 1/6 Hal Jordan to hit the market.. but this figure is just silly.

..& WAY too expensive for what it is. :monkey1
