he's definitely gonna have the tattoos guys. You can clearly see he has the one painted on his neck. They wouldn't do just that one and nothing else. You know the regular figure will have them and this is basically the regular figure except he has a straight jacket instead of the purple coat.

It would at least give a little justification as to why such a bare bones figure is so expensive.
