I bet any money it has to do with pain application. Its a heck of a lot easier to paint grooves then it is to paint raised lines. Still LAME SIDESHOW! Don't show us the good version and then slap us in the face by pretending it never existed.

The raised version is only for Klauder.

After the long time to compare the 2 pics,
may be it's just the camera's angle
but I think the raised line looks like the Movie ver. (longer face)
And the new one looks like the comic ver. (rounder face)

still I preferred the raised line version either longer face or rounder face

not bad, my biggest gripe about the 1:1 besides the carved lines, was the fact that the lines were painted with a faint black and they didnt even paint all the lines in the first place. I may order, and wait and see..........still on the fence, but I like the eyes as well.

I agree. I'm definitely thinking this will compliment the 1:1 very nicely. It'll be neat to see the two styles side-by-side.

If they make it as nice as the premium format figure I would be happy with the LSB. I think they did a great job on this statue the texture and the paint I think are top notch.
