Hey everyone...another cape question...I don't post much, but I do read the forums everyday. Anybody else having problems with small runs/pulls/snags in the cape. I am so careful with the cape when posing...but it seems like I've put tons of tiny snags in the cape just from minor handling. I've had the figure for like a month and it seems I need a new cape already!

So I got mine last night and Over I love the figure but his cape is cut terrible!!!! Does anyone else have this issue and if so what did you do? Contact SSC? For the price this guy cost it should look like my 3yr old cut it.

Has some glue to glue specifies? let the black part of the main head (just came from the factory, is imported and it is difficult therefore exchange only)

I have a problem fellas. I finally received my 2nd vader, and both helmets/domes have the same issue. The widows peak area wasn't cleanly cut. I can't provide pics at the moment since I'm not home, so I will show pics later.

What can I do now? It wasn't purchased through SSC. Will they send me replacement parts even if it was bought through another retailer?

No they won't. You should contact your retailer that you bought it from.

My replacement helmet was like that. I emailed and sent pics again with no reply. Rough edges around the dome.

Keep the faith . I had a problem with the "helmet head", missing a silver tip on the "tusks". Got a replacement yesterday ...perfect ! In my experience Sideshow has great customer service

Yea they were great getting the items replaced just now the replacements are jacked too. Lol
They were supposed to send a reveal dome too and didn't.
