I'm still contemplating one of these Imperial astromechs. Can't decide which one though, maybe the R5 unit to have another aspect be different from R2-D2 (though i really like the light-up feature on this one), either one should look pretty sweet next to some stormtroopers.

I'm getting both. I would love to get some Jawas and R5-D4 to display with my Sandtroopers but to much money just to spice up the display.

They are both in the background of the Vader's arrival DS scene at the start of ROTJ.

Actually, I just glanced at that pic and thought it was a toy line up.

But yeah, now that I look at it I can see it's an old black and white promo shot. Makes me want the two Imp Droids even more now.

It's really bizarre that I got nothing on this and that mine still says "processing."

I want to order the SDCC R2 but I have to wait to see if this charges all of a sudden this week.

Got him today! Never had R2 but after following that thread I'm happy to say that the everything checks out. Firm joints, can stand on it's on no problem. No loose compartments.
