Re-Release of Sideshow Snake Eyes?

Hey guys, does anyone know if there's any chance Sideshow are going to re-release their Snake Eyes figure? I came to the game late and he is impossible to find below $300

They'll never re-release the exact same Snake-Eyes figure again but they are making a new version with the commando goggles. It'll have a better base body as well.
