Quick question from a new guy

What's a good standard body for a male & female when customizing a figure? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hot Toys true types are the preferred bodies for males usually.

Phicen bodies work well for females, they are seamless too.

Well its not that easy , if the head has a neck then you will need a tru type body or similar and does not need to be hot toys.
But a head without a neck i would choose the worldbox body every time as they are amazing
