Given the available real estate, I'm not too sure you can have a truly bad likeness....as far as the actor is concerned anyway.

I personally have no idea if the suit itself is accurate or not, but I would've assumed that Prime 1 would've used proper relevant sources for this.

He looks best when his head faces you but from the side..not so much. And the cape needs some trimming.

Hoping this comes with more switch-outs. I don't think he even uses the grapnel in TDKR except off-screen during his big return chase.

Pose is trash with arms up. Shoulder pads are huge and makes head look small compared to body. They should’ve copied the poster behind him.

Not 100% sold on this. I do like it, but I think it looks a bit off proportionately, his arms look a touch too long maybe? Not particularly keen on the way his head is turned either. With all the amazing reveals today I think I will be sticking to my hot toys 1:4 for bale.

Proportions need some work and Id redo the whole pose if I could. Been waiting a long time for this and its gotta be perfect. So far right now its a pass and Im hoping the 1/2 scale is better.

Problem with this suit is it looks stark and dull compared to the Affleck batsuit which is the best we've seen in any batman movie so far. This suit has no contrast

He seems like in a lame Hot Toys' pose where he's just been removed from the box then put on a stand without much futzing. Also, Bale could use some emotion in the mouth area.

It sort of looks like a Hot Toys figure that you take out the box and just place on the shelf real quick before you actually pose him. Very uninspired pose—bizarre choice, imo.

Bale's suit in DKR is the end of an era, a Batman designed specifically for the big screen with little ties to it's comic roots. 89' - 12' For many this is their Batman, there is no other.

Personally, I'm a comic book fan and I love them trying to stick much closer to the source material but Bale-Bats, no doubt, has a much broader market appeal.
