My twin brother got this guy for Christmas and his arms don't bend at all. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to loosen them up?

Mine's arms felt very stiff but after applying pressure at the right places i got them working :-/

Can shadows lower jaw/chin be pulled out or is it glued?

I fancy trying Classic's bio masks on him (if they fit) but i dont want to try and rive out the chin if its not meant to come out
