In the preview image all you could clearly see was the boots, and I was just pointing out how absurd it was both in the movie and on the figure.
Now in those images you posted they do have different detail that I hadn't noticed before, but still very anachronistic to any boots that would've existed in ancient Greece. They could make them more like they appeared in the film, but it would still look too modern.

The boots will probably need a repaint, but that's about as much as we can do.
If I'm not mistaken, Achilles is sporting the same boots as Maximus.

that's what I was thinking also. Either way, over all looks great and now we know Dean aka "Creg Customs" is doing the Head sculpt on this and his work is amazing I got my pre order in at BBTS.

I had to actually do a search on the site for 1/6 greek general to find it.

Good question. I trust BBTS so I PO'd this and the ACI Roman General set through them. Can't wait!

the helmet is removable. From what's been said, the head sculpt underneath isn't final which is why there aren't any pics of it with the helmet off

Because, they haven't received it yet and have to inspect the individual package before they can give a Collectors Grade 10. (Perfect pristine package) That's why it says Dents, tears, price tags, etc. Just covering their behinds.
