That's Duke all right, they even made sure to give him his classic bandolier.

Looks like he's also equipped with the 25th anniversary M16/A1-203 grenade launcher. Hopefully he'll come with the M-32 or laser rifle as well.

backpack
crewcut

...its just up to execution of the tailoring and face sculpt now.
